Sims 4 Wont Let Me Put Flooring Down

3rd i zoomed in to see inside the walls and guess what all furniture was gonne.

Sims 4 wont let me put flooring down. Message 8 of 15. 2nd tried to go down the floor and nothing happend. Although the sims 4 has made building houses better than ever it s still a bit tricky to make your dream home. Now i cant even build a second floor because the game wont let me.
