Of course if the leak is severe enough that you need to put a bucket on the floor to collect the water then immediately contact your local plumber. Use a flashlight to keep an eye out for soggy wood stains and leaks. If the culprit is a leaking shower arm the fix should be easy. In fact caulk can make it worse.
